Been born by the dismemberment of the ex Yugoslavia, the ethnic-religious wars are ended, today it is a democratic republic, open to the west and to the tourism.
Almost all the Istria and the whole Dalmatian coast (with phenomenal historical and artistic places as Shoveled, Trogir, Sebenico and Dubrovnik) belongs to Croatia.
Very beautiful the labyrinth of islands in the Adriatic Sea, with an endless variety of landscapes, of centers Venetian historians, of beaches, of coasts, of sea.
Absolutely not to lose the zone of the lakes of Plitvice, with waters, waterfalls, embroideries of travertine and spellbound woods.
