It's a small state contained between the Mexican Yucatan and the Guatemala, that overlooks the Sea of the Caribbean with the longest coral barrier of the northern hemisphere.
It's formed to a large extent from savannas and forests, but it possesses a very beautiful sea and still almost entirely entire, studded of coral islands: the cayoses.
It has an only city: Belize city on the sea; while the capital is a village of the inside, to the shelter from the typhoons: Belmopan with few more than 6.000 inhabitants.
